Where is Nunavut?
The following came from a friend who has recently moved to Gjoa haven to work.....one of the arctic hamlets i did a stint in 2010.
Most frustrating call of the day... trying to change my mailing address...
What province is Gjoa Haven in?
Nunavut... it's a territory. It's like a province....
What province is Nunavut in?
Nunavut is the province...
What is Nunavut and which province is that in?10 minutes later... I gave up... address unchanged...

'Oh,, that is frustrating....I remember when I first started working at IBM, and had to do an order, but the province code for Nunavut did not come up, so I wasn't sure if we could send things there. I asked a manager, but I asked the wrong way so they thought I was a little nuts lol. I asked "Can we send things to Nunavut?" And they said, "Of course, it's in Canada" but what I was meaning to ask is what is the province abbreviation. I finally got my point across and they laughed but I imagine the manager was frustrated with me too, hehe.
